Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese Grosso

Fermentation:  in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Practice of délestage  
                          and maceration for 30-35 days
Ageing:            48 months in slavonian oak barrels with the practice of batonnage
Pre-release:      minimum 10 months in bottle

Vineyard:        25 years old, 450 m on the north side of Montalcino.

Fermentation:  in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Practice of délestage  
                          and maceration for 20-25 days
Ageing:            10 months in french oak tonneau with the practice of batonnage

Vineyard:        20 years old, 450 m on the north side of Montalcino.

Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Grape yeld:      70 q./ha
Fermentation:  in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Practice of délestage  
                          and maceration for 15 days
Ageing:            10 months in steel with practice of micro-oxygenation
Pre-release:      minimum 4 months in bottle
